Very nice work

Listened to it first entirely on my car and then sat down to carefully take notes. Very valuable information that I will put to practice heading to my first Ironman race.

simplify the complex. Great book

I've just been getting into triathlons and clearly struggling with the diet and nutrition portion. this book gave me some nice basics to try and I can iterate from there. totally worth the read or listen I'll probably listen a few times as I make adjustments.
