Simply fantastic
If you are looking for motivation and if you are ready to make the changes with the way you think, this book is for you. The author will push you like your fitness coach unapologetically to the limits of great thinking and he is very uncompromising about it. Truly, this is the mother of all motivation.
Pro tip: Listen to it on 0.8X speed as the words written are very concentrated. Active listening is required, passive listening while driving will not be as effective.
