Unique Perspective on an Familiar Problem

Another genius book by Esinstein! I will be meditating on the principles of this book for years to come and look forward to implementing the Yoga of Eating into my life more and more in that time as well.

Wonderful book I'll be reading again and again!

Love this Audible book!

I purchased the paperback version of this book and l found it a little hard going, then purchased the audible version and I am so very glad I did, as Melanie Avalon's narration has truly brought this book to life for me and I am enjoying it immensely! I know will be listening to The Yoga of Eating over and over. Thank you Melanie Avalon!
