It had all started three months ago when Jeffrey Long had received the first envelope when in Cairo. Then followed days and weeks of mounting fear because each Saturday thereafter, like a gentle stabbing before the final thrust, came an identical note and the message was always the same, “If you’ve killed Estelle, you will die on the anniversary of her death.” And tomorrow, Sunday the 17, is the anniversary of Estelle’s death....
