NEW PLACES, NEW FACES

With the crisis in Hataka Village behind them, Ivy and her friends set out for new adventures. Along the way, they creep through the caves where the forest monsters dwell, only to find the monsters who attacked her before are now friendly! Not only that, she's entrusted with a forest monster baby. Bewildered at this turn of events, Ivy arrives in an unusual village full of tension between the church and the villagers. Deciding it's best to move on quickly, Ivy's party visits the dump to stock up for their journey...only to encounter a troubled young lady who has escaped the church. But just what exactly is she escaping from, and can Ivy help her?

The author mentioned in the afterward Madras backstory was really dramatic and didn't even want to mention it. Hopefully, her life gets better as she adventures with Ivy and the gang.

I wish they can hurry up with more audiobooks, you have to wait too many months for another, the book is very nice.

I love this book

Maria being shoehorned into being Druid's little sister rather than his wife was a crap move, in my opinion. changing the character enough that it would be appropriate and then developing a relationship over time was what should have happened. Instead, we got teased with a possibilie Mom for Ivy and wife for Druid, but then a middle finger from the author. Why is it not ok for a 33 year old to be married to a 27 ywars old woman? That has to be the smallest amount of legit ageism I've heard of for explaining to the audience why Druid doesn't deserve a companion, because he has "old face". Almost ruined the entire series for me.

What a crap move.

I love how Ivy has grown and how Druid listens to her opinion! I also want a spin off series with the two tamers who are redeeming themselves! I know a season 2 is coming so im excited to see how they animate Druid! he better be dashing!

SO CUTE & FUNNY!
