An Anime Come to Life in Audiobook Form

This isekai story completely pulled me in from start to finish. The world-building was vivid, the pacing sharp, and the characters felt alive — like I was actually watching an anime rather than listening to an audiobook.
The assassin being more overpowered than the hero was such a fun twist that kept things unpredictable and exciting. The narration brought the story to life, and I couldn’t stop listening once I started.
If you enjoy anime-style storytelling, strong character arcs, and a mix of humor and action, this is absolutely worth your time. Can’t wait for Book 2 — I’m all in for the next adventure!

Power Stats not Political Status

While the main character becomes strong it takes leaving what he knows before he has any say in politics and that isn’t even for his original summoning nation yet.

Loved it!

I came here because of the anime. I listened to this book in one sitting. I could not stop listening to it. The performance was fantastic, the story had me locked in. it was so good. I got super excited when I realized I overlooked that volume too is already released. I'm going to listen to that now and I can't wait for volume three.
