Wonderfully magical and suspenful

I loved this book and immediately told a friend they had to read it. Couldn't put it down. The setting and story are amazing. I wish they would do a prequel to see where the curse came from or anything more to dive into this world. I agree with another review ..reminds me of to travelers wife and maybe some where the crawdads sing. The ending is such a sweet one too.

I absolutely loved this book!

This was a well written story that takes you back in time. The author was very descriptive and it was easy to put the pictures together in my mind, feeling like I was there. The narrator was amazing and performed perfectly!

A wonderful story that you don’t want to take a break listening to. The narrator makes the story come to life and the ending had me in tears.

I found this to be refreshingly unique. In a world where there seems to be no original ideas. this was surprisingly a story all its own.

I can’t say enough about this book and the performance. It was so good! And who doesn’t love a good time travel/love story? As soon as I finished, I went back to the beginning and listened again.
