I have several of her books and a cookbook. What was inspirational for me was that I could listen to this while being active so it was motivating me to continue. The informational isn't new and it's common sense, but if you need that little voice...it serves as a little voice of encouragement.Good motivation to finally start and stick with it

What disappointed you about The Start Here Diet?
Please excuse the pun. But this needs a bit of fattening up. It starts well (except for the name-dropping, please spare me), but then, just when you expect it to really get going the book ends. Just like that. This is not worth your money.Thin
