Easy and Thorough Guide!

Meal planning has always been daunting, but this book really made it practical. The author's tone is refreshing and informative throughout the audio, and the narrator has excellent pacing. My favorite part was the author's weight loss story. I also loved the idea of the "power hour". Highly recommend.

A great audio book/ not boring

I love the way it’s presented, easy to understand and very easy to apply, just like me as a mom with a minor child at the same time working. Meal prep very crucial to maintain healthy habits. Highly recommended

A plan to weight loss and health

Got the audio book for my girl-friend and needed some tips. For most of us weight loss is probably one of the most difficult to do especially when you don't have a concrete plan. This book gives you recipes and plan with different options of food prep. Easy to understand and to listen. Great narration.

Perfect Meal Prep Guide

I am a huge meal prepper and I have been for the last several years. This book really does well with providing sustainable meal plans and recipes that will be delicious and filling. Also as a busy parent, being able to work around how you eat and how your family eats is really the hard part. This book is a great resource.

Love it

First of all, one cannot go wrong in a recipe that is visible to the naked eyes. In the purchasers' library, there is a PDF version of the audiobook for this meal planning and weight loss for women, so if you ever forget what you heard, you can refer to the PDF to review the entire explanation. That, in my opinion, is an additional benefit of a recipe audiobook.

This audiobook's information is well-organized and simple to follow. Even a novice can never go wrong using this audiobook because the PDF includes tables and vibrant visuals. Some ingredients listed in some recipes I already have at home. Now, all that's left for me to do is test them out. I know this came to me at the correct time because I'm eager to lose some weight.

Inspiring guide everyone needs!!

Robyn’s Meal Prepping for Women’s Weightloss is a powerful tool that will take the guesswork out of planning and preparing food for you and your family! No matter what method you choose or make up a unique hybrid one, the tools, tips, and suggestions she gives in this book are invaluable to anyone in the kitchen planning meals who want to be efficient and organized. I love how she shares lists and suggestions with modifications depending on your chosen method or diet. It has everything from specific freezer temps and storage lengths to preserve the food's nutrients to what equipment to have on hand, so you aren't looking for “the spatula” when you have sticky fingers! Best of all, it is inspiring and reminds me to rotate my meals, eat healthier, and plan ahead! Thank you, Robyn! I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to make meal prep a breeze!

Perfect for any weight loss plan!

This is a well-researched, well written, and well narrated book! I absolutely loved listening to it.

Anyone who has tried to lose weight in the past but has failed needs to have this book. It teaches you simple ways to meal prep and will help keep you and your weight loss goals on track.

Very easy to understand

I recommend listening to this fabulous audio. I was able to understand that preparing your food in advance helps you in time and effort. In addition to having a great variety of easy-to-follow recipes. I will be trying this system to lose weight, since with the menopause it was becoming difficult for me, but after hearing how easy it can be, I think I will achieve my healthy weight.

Informative

A present for my wife and she loved it. She had been looking for such a meal-prepping plan to maintain her weight. She most especially loved the "power hour" meal prep plan which can be easily prepared fast.
The narration of the book was very good, and the voice was pleasing to the ear so that you would want to continue listening. The content, as discussed above, was sufficient.
I got this book in exchange for an honest review. our experience is subjective and is reflected in my review. I can recommend this audiobook.
