Perfect level for the audience

When I got this book for my child I was a little worried if I could get them to stay focused long enough to benefit from it but he loved the book! It spoke to his age and level if you want to help your child to get on the path of discovery this book is a great start

For parents introducing meditation to their kids

This audiobook provides great details on the benefits of meditation and yoga for the emotional development of kids, and even toddlers. I've found the info well documented and well researched. This audiobook also provides more applicable info such as the different yoga poses that can be used for kids.
A nice listening for parents practicing meditation themselves and looking for ways to introduce it to their kid's lifestyle.

Covers the Importance of Meditation for Kids

This is a great book that teaches you how to introduce meditation to your children. It highlights why kids are naturally good at meditating and how you can successfully do it together. I liked learning about the chakras as well. I really like the narrator's voice too.

Every child needs this practice

This audiobook beautifully explains what every parent needs to know about teaching their children, starting even at age 1. I wish I would have had something like this to reference years ago. It's even good practice for the parents/grandparents/relatives/friends to do with the child and it's bonding time! Just turn on the audio and follow along!

Where was this when I was a teenager!?

Learning mindfulness should be a lifelong pursuit, and starting young just means you're going to have a happier life. So, I heartily recommend this book. It'll teach some philosophy, but also tons of practical meditations and techniques. Recommend!
