Her teaching is clear and easy to understand, and her voice is kind and soothing, making me want to be her best friend. You won't regret this purchase. My New Favorite Sales Book!

I highly recommend your Selling Staircase book to my clients. We are all in the selling business. I learned so much. I have always had a bossy streak and this damaged rapport in some of my relationships. Asking for permission before giving unsolicited feedback and being more careful with my language is something this book helped me enormously with. Lastly, it validated something I have believed for a long time but wondered if it really was the right approach: put relationships first! Seriously, a must read for anyone in business!
