A must read for ANY believer

Bridges does a fantastic job helping to outline the importance of personal holiness. God commands holiness. This often times feels like such a distant challenge or possibility; oftentimes not even seeming attainable. This book helps to outline the vision and call to holiness, how we can fight for holiness and how we can pursue and obtain personal holiness in our lives. I’m grateful for the call to holiness as outlined in scripture. The printed edition has a study guide in the back. Follow along with this as you read or listen. Take steps to put aside your old self and become new and refreshed with the power of the Holy Spirit. Make changes in your life that help you on in your pursuit of personal holiness to become more like Christ.

Excellent book

Thorough treatmemt on living a holy and righteous life the way God desires us to live. A subject greatly lacking in most churches and in most lives. Without holiness of life, no of us will see God.

Well written, challenging book

Jerry Bridges does a fantastic job of really thinking through Holiness in the Christian Life. this book was challenging and convicting but also thought provoking and enjoyable.
