They say unabridged, but it's not true. The book has fourteen chapters, the audio files go up to chapter ten.

We can fully trust God!

Bridges does an excellent job of drawing out what the Bible has to say about trusting God. His conclusion is that we can trust our good God, even when life hurts (especially when life hurts!). And he lists the reasons why. God brings all things together in our lives for our good.

Trusting God

I would recommend this book for anyone who is hurting or who does not understand the bible. My friend was going through problems and I let her listening to Trusting God. And I had to check out the author's knowledge first before recommending his book.

God Sent

God gave me this book about six before He started putting me through His painful but productive trials. I cannot count the number of times I have listened to the entire book. I have put myself to sleep nearly every night for the past two years in 45 minutes chunks. I receive peace, calm, some sanity and insight every time I listen to it. Thank You God for this book.

Life changing

This book has really changed my outlook on life and God's involvement in my life.

Trusting God Review

I found this to be a very inspiring and helpful book. As a mom of a son born with severe congenital birth defects I have learned to trust God even when it hurts. Jerry Bridges helped me understand why God is trustworthy through Scriptures pointing the way.

I found the narrator to be a little dry. He pronounced the words very clearly and sometimes that just feel boring. But the content was awesome. I ended up buying the print book because there were so many quotes I wanted to write down.

Highly recommended book whether you were struggling with trusting God or not.

This book is life-changing!

This book was incredibly written and well thought out in addressing the question "Can you trust God?" The did an excellent job in addressing the sovereignty of God from every possible facet. The bulk of the evidences provided are not opinion based but very much scripturally based, which makes this book so powerful and life-changing. If you haven't read it yet, why not do so now? You'll experience greater peace in your life as well as greater confidence in Almighty God that he is fully trust worthy in any and every situation!

Outstanding treatment of God’s sovereignty and man’s sanctification

I thoroughly enjoyed listening through this book. Anything by Jerry Bridges is going to be good, but this was outstanding! It almost requires not only repeated listening, but repeated reading, and prayerful and thoughtful meditation for it to really do its work. May God continue to bless this work in the lives of His precious saints!

Incredibly helpful in dealing with my grief

This book was recommended to me in my season of grief after the untimely death of my partner. I couldn't understand why a loving God would leave me and my 4 children without the head of our family.
I now know, that God has a plan for us, to prosper us and not to harm us.
I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling in adversity.

Amazing, thorough and much appreciated

I listened to this book when I was going through a very tough time in my life. I felt completely betrayed, embarrassed and angry with God. I couldn’t understand why a loving God and most importantly powerful God would sit back and watch a family member get raped, not intervene & worst of all not bring about justice. I was confused and needed answers for the toughest questions we ask ourselves through trials . I loved this book because it was thorough it touched every single question I had, even if I didn’t like the answer I knew it was biblical and not the romantic nonsense we hear in church sometimes. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is severely struggling with their faith in tough times

Refreshing.

One of the must have classics in any library. Not only is this book very encouraging, it also is an easy read with good scripture references.
