If you like a practical book on Christian living that is solidelly based in scripture, and a little heavy on theology and doctrine, then this book is for you! I personally loved this book. It is a wonderful resource for discipleship.

I enjoyed Mr. Bridges transparency and clarity of thought. He definitely kept pointing to Jesus and the forgiveness we find in him while he encouraged godly living.

Never disappointed

I am never disappointed in any book authored by Jerry Bridges. His books are always insightful. I felt sad hearing he past away this past March. I do know he is enjoying being in the presence of our beautiful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Must Listen

This is a must-listen for every Christian. The Discipline of Grace stresses the importance of holy living in the proper context.

I’ve throughly enjoyed listening to this book. I’m on my 3rd time around. Listening has brought the ideas alive by allowing me to process the concepts without focusing on words alone. I bought the book as well & have been highlighting the key passages that contain profound insights
