Overall worth the read

I’m typically not one to read books on happiness. However, I found the read to be engaging and thought provoking.

Worth the listen, will unlock more happiness

Excellent material that explains what is happiness and what is needed to be able to feel it. Ended up with dozens of bookmarks

Loved how it explains the fact that forcing happiness does not help...so what helps? You first need to know what happiness is and then you will understand how to achieve it; this course does just that.

Great info and data!

I love the structure of the book and all the useful psychology-related data that was shared. Sometimes they just tell you what to do without the data to show you why or how it works. I think that is really important. The author doesn't flood you with data and study results... it's just enough to prove the points. I also like how the key points are summarized again at the end, in case you forgot some of them. I plan on re-reading and journaling this as well. And the narrator's voice is so upbeat and positive sounding that it's hard not to get inspired!
