Love this one

This book was exactly what I needed to inspire me to work on my self-discipline. One suggestion that I have would be to include further listening resources for some subjects; such as after briefly explaining meditation, including suggested listening on this subject would be very beneficial.

self drive is always important.

I loved it!

Love this one

This book was recommended to me by a dear friend, himself a licensed psychiatrist who couldn't, obviously, treat me. It's a practical guide toward self-kindness that reinforces a healthy sense of compassion for one's own suffering. It's not a self-help book as much as it's a manual on how to begin looking at ourselves as our own best friend.
