This book is absolutely recommendable
It is becoming increasingly clear that we must prepare ourselves to know how to act to face any disaster. This book provides us with very complete information to start on the road to preparedness: what foods to store, how to purify water, how to deal with mental health, defense techniques, survival techniques, medicines and much more.
