TERRIBLE narration and little info.

hard to finish and skipped ahead several times to see if it was worthwhile... it was not. geared more for doomsday preppers. basically written off that show itself and had no useable info. worst part was the awful narrator. how do these guys get jobs???

Good present!

If you are thinking of this as a donation for somebody who likes the remaining stuff... I believe they will like it because of the extra information you don't normally find anywhere else. It's pretty cool!

Very enjoyable

Accurate situational information suggestions. I thought what the heck...Excellent stuff! I love the checklist at the end as it provides you a full re-cap of all-important quantities ya may need to pick up if ya don't already own them.

I obtained this audiobook to be an excellent intro

I obtained this audiobook to be an excellent introduction to the topic of long-term survival. Dion Rosser moves through the important issues, starting with the most important (e.g., water and food), and then proceeding to matters of lesser importance (e.g., barter and trade). While not a complete or "ultimate guide" (and I suspect there is any such thing), Dion Rosser gives plenty of good knowledge to get you thinking and get you started.

got pets prep for them as well.... every chapter..

A lot of repeat information...copy and paste.
have food and water, filter, have protection,... basic bug out & bug in bag.
i think the narrator tried... but the book is a loop so far of the same thing over and over.

It wasn’t what I expected

Just not what I expected to read from a homesteading guide … more of a survival guide … and seems like the narrator is constantly selling me on this … didn’t like it at all sorry

Not good for audio

Narrator was not appropriate for this book - entirely too inflected and perky. Book was extremely basic and gave a lot of lists. Did not feel it was a good purchase for an audio book.

Waste of time

Nothing in depth at all. Very basic information. Most people interested in this subject already know the content. Very repetitive.

Worth the listen for sure.

This is a set of three well researched and well-written audibles on homesteading and survival prepping. It's never a bad idea to make some items and grow some of your food.
