Great for Paleo Beginners

This book not only takes you through the whole Paleo process but teaches the pros and cons as well as includes a bunch of great recipes to get you started. If you are curious if Paleo is right for you, this is a great resource.

This Audiobook is a great book to learn about the Paleo process. It helps you determine if this diet is for you and you will also know the benefits and risks of the Paleo diet. It goes into great detail and has a lot of value and content for just a 4 hour book.

A lot of value packed into 4 hours. It's not just a big sales pitch on paleo and why you MUST eat this way which is refreshing. Instead it takes a lot into consideration and gives you the steps to implement :)

Truly eye opening

Not only does the author go into specific details that I was wondering about like some sort of mind reader, but they cover a broad field of knowledge I never thought about at ALL when beginning my research into dieting. The book may only be 4 hours long, but it will leave you thinking about it for many more! Or if you are anything like me, put it on the re-listen list! I'm super glad I picked this audiobook up!

Easy to Implement

I started eating the Paleo way in 2015. Since then I have bought several books to help me understand the theory and process. I was interested in the science behind it but also looking for ways to make it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Meal Prep is time-consuming and once you pick one way to do it for a week, you are locked in. So if it sucks, you eat stuff you don't like all week. It makes it hard to stick to. I finally found what I was looking for, I do not need to buy any more paleo books. This book not only has scientific proof but recipes that are easy to prep for an entire week of eating. It makes it so much easier to stick to. And to top it all of, the meals in this book are easy and taste great! 10/10. Great value!
