My anxiety is one of the contributing factors to my stress level along with caregiver burnout. So managing my stress level is important to me. When I’m not stressed it means I don’t get angry easily. I love the references in the book. If you are looking for an aid to help reduce stress give this a try. It’s simple exercises you can do & incorporate into your routine & it’s customizable. She gives you the 28-day template to test & try out the methods mentioned so you can find the ones that work the best for you.

This workbook really helps you tailor the exercises that work for you to a nice schedule that you can accomplish without adding another stressor. I have found a better steady start to my day, I’m not as quick to anger & overall more patient when life throws its punches.
