Great guide to reducing stress
. I spend less than 10 minutes per day focusing on me, and I feel fantastic. I still have a ways to go, but following the guidance of this book, I know I can get there. I am so type A; I hold a lot of stress. Pair that with my PTSD, and I'm a mess. I found this wonderful audiobook on how to calm my anxiety and get in touch with my emotional self

Exercising is essential
Exercise is something that many people don’t have the time for. I love yoga, and I believe exercise is crucial for making our bones stronger. If we choose not to exercise and then fall, we will experience extreme pain due to our weaker muscles. The author is correct that we must reduce our sugar intake so we don’t overload our bodies with substances that the blood cannot process. What we eat and what we drink does affect stress and anxiety. I love the advice and the step-by-step instructions to help us live longer.
