Publisher's Summary

Blinding rage. Debilitating grief. Insatiable vengeance.

A transformation has taken hold of my body, my soul, the very center of who I am as a witch. I’ve loved, and I’ve lost, but I refuse to accept that this is the way it ends.

When a prophecy changes and my life amplifies to a new level of chaos, I’ll have to learn to harness my new magic and lean on those around me.

Between the power boosts and a new diabolical villain, I’ll need every single one of my mates at my side in order to have my revenge.

Enjoyed #3, some things took me out of the story

Wow, this is definitely a hidden gem in terms of RH/poly romance, that has everything you can want in a story: heat, romance, cute moments, hilarious scenes, angst, heartache...I could go on! I am so glad I am getting into this series right before the final book releases next week because these cliffhangers would KILL me if I had to wait haha. I thought the plot in this one was well done, intrigued to learn more and to get to book 4 that just released on audio today wohoooo. I loved seeing everyone come back together (and the explosions as a group!! 🥵🥵🥵). I liked that the guys knew something was off and wasn't going full force with Az and his bad crew. I liked the expansion/upping of the powers, some I didnt see coming which was awesome to read about and see unveiled. I also liked seeing Saige rely on her guys and open up (as well as the guys opening up too with each other). Faros was hilarious, he kept making me giggle and was a fun character to add. I didnt think I would like him to be honest but he became one of my favs, especially with his attraction to Bram and how he made Bram blush and be so cute haha. I loved Kohl in this one too (and totally called his love interest, so cute!!). Oooh and the sexy time and different anatomies were awesome too!

I will say some things didnt make sense to me in terms of the relationship developments. I love MM, it's definitely my guilty pleasure and I have no issues with it in RHs, I love the added layer of complexity to the relationship. But some didnt evolve enough to feel real to me. I don't want to give it away but there is a coupling of sorts and the one that was introduced in this book and acted upon to me didnt have enough hints leading up to it/testing the waters before they went all out. It just felt kinda forced. I mean, don't get me wrong it was hot and sexy, but in terms of their actual relationship, it didnt feel 100% right at the time. Like if they thought about it, had more hints in books 1 and 2, then it would make sense. Or like with Faris, he threw down hints and flirted with his guy a bunch so it felt more real, if that makes sense. And another issue I had was these guys are top assassins and trained guys but after one of the bad guys makes a hint about his new found power (wishing it wasn't him) and after he got special treatment from the evil baddie, you would like him going off on his own in a remote location was a bad idea. That didnt seem right to me. I mean yes, he had to check in, and the guys weren't happy with his decision, but still. Didnt fit in with their level of expertise and what had transpired in books 1 and 2. Because of these things I gave it 4 stars (still good, but not to the same level as I thought book 1 was, which was easily 5 stars).

In terms of the narration, good job by Bridget and Jake! I do wish this was a duet narration and not a dual (hope I got that right haha) so Jake would do all the males and Bridget all the female characters and not just by chapter. I think Jake wasn't as strong with his female scenes, esp in the sexy scenes playing Saige. I thought Bridget did a good job all around!! I will say I was not a fan of Napoleon's voice haha. I mean I get why it was chosen like that, but it was not what my ears wanted to hear haha. 4.5 Stars from me again for the narration ❤️

Definitely recommend this series, I already have downloaded book 4 on audio and am listening to it as I type this! I think some characters are going to be major twists in the upcoming book, just a gut feeling and I think I am in for another heart wrenching cliffhanger, but it will totally be worth it! I am gonna make it last until next week when the 5th and final book is released 😍

CONFUSED!!!

There's just too many stupid decisions in this book towards the end I can't even... you mean to tell me the weakest character in this series can and she's just as powerful as one the strongest demons and powerful witch? She can bring someone back to life and split that one person into 2 separate bodies but can't think to use her damn wings to fly away from her idiot abusive ex? Chile I'm tired 😫 Maybe if her brains cell hadn't died during orgy sessions then she could make better decisions. I'm disappointed that she have to have one of her men try to come save her. Girl, you better save ya Damn self...They may not always be there to save you...lmaoooo!

entertaining, great series

Two words summarize this book for me: sexy and hilarious. There are quite a few other things I like about this series as a whole, to include the female lead being a curvy girl and badass while not a superhero type. I can honestly say the chapter where Faris and Braham (since I listened and didn't read it I don't know the proper spellings) went grocery shopping and got piercings was the funniest thing I've ever read in a book ever. I literally laughed non stop out loud through the whole thing. It was one of those things I know will make this book stick out for me for a long time to come. Lots of fun, feelings, and angst. Hate the endings only because it means I have to wait for the rest!

The narrators are great, especially the guy with all the male characters. It's nice to be able to tell who the character is before or without the story telling you who it is, especially with so many males in this book. I really think they way they read it brings so much more life to it then just reading and I don't think that often.

Never buying another in this series

I was completely with this series until this book. The nonstop whiny voice of Sage was very tiring. Then again, just as we started to see something other then sex and whining, the story just stopped. Save the credit and try a different series.

I love this series!

I was so excited when this book came out so quickly after the second one. I fluffin love Faris. Seeing all of Sage's relationships develop with her men is absolutely delicious. I am so excited for the next book to come out! That will be a one click for sure.

Is it hot in here, or is it just me?!

I’ve read the book 3 times and listened to the audio once, and every dang time I catch something I didn’t before! So much love for Britt, Bridget & Jake!

Amazing continuation of series

This series is amazing. Full of so many emotions. Some huge revelations, tons of mystery, action, tears and hotness. We learn more of the evil goings on by Asrael and Laurie. Bram and Sage mate...epic story, but another crazy cliffhanger.

Magical

So I loved the book it was amazing, hilarious, heartfelt, sad, happy, literally all the feels. The characters are really wonderful, even supporting characters like Randy Roger and let me tell you Bridget and Jake Bordeaux really bring everyone to life. I especially love when Jake bring Saige's character to life or when Bridget is voicing Bram...it's amazing the talent they possess. So the steam...ooh it gets quite steamy...and there's some fun little treats with a few of the men folk and of course there's a cliff..or two...duhduhduh..Great series, Can't wait for the next book!
