Good primaryplots/subplots. Always anticipating when I could to listen.

To many characters with similar names. Hard to keel track of who is doing what to whom.

Always a twist

Fun to hear Jane quip and fight back. She’s a great lawyer Jimmy’s got her back and the new characters were fun.

Very good read.

I don’t usually enjoy books where a well-known author teams up with a lesser-known one, but this one surprised me. It was interesting and engaging from start to finish. I wouldn’t exactly call it “fun,” but it was a good story that kept me turning the pages. While I wish it had been a little less predictable, I still found it worth the read—and I’d recommend it.

One of My Favorite New Series

I love this new series. This 3rd book is my favorite so far. I'm sad I will need to wait a year or two before another book is published.

The Jane Smith character is very interesting as well as the other characters in the books. Well worth the listen.

Life and Murder All in One

I like how the authors pulled together Jane’s cancer and being a lawyer! There are a lot of great twists and turns with a little bit of humor mixed in.
