Character likability and realism

My first time listening or reading this author but I enjoyed it very much. The character presented was very likable and the performance of the reader was excellent

Good but gory

This is a great legal thriller, but not for the faint of heart. The author does not spare the reader/audience of the gory details of the crimes.

Great box set

Very good box set. Can't wait to read the next set of books. Great stories!

INTENSE... AUTHENTIC... QUITE WELL DONE

High marks for seriously great writing, character development, dialogue, narrative and story. Narration is simply superb with real accents and genuine female sounding females. No fluff filler sidebars. This is the real deal from a real deal writer and storyteller. My first Scott Pratt. I am most grateful to discover Mr Pratt and saddened to learn of his untimely passing. I now have access to the treasure trove of his bibliography. AND a new voice actor to add to my favorite list. 👌👌👌👌👌

Good listen

Joe Dillard is a very real and very likable character. The first four books were each very different and hard to put down. I will certainly read more.

This box set was AMAZING!!!! Tim and Scott together make these stories unbelievably superb!!! I couldn't get enough.

I love the way the author brings you into the world of the Dillard family. You feel with them, hurt with them, and truly want them to succeed. I love the series and have read all 10 books! Just waiting for the next one.

I love me some Joe Dillard

I really miss Scott Pratt and looked forward to his books so much. Seemed like a great guy too. He writes with the authentic voice of a Tennessean. There are places backgrounds and locations he uses that are clearly real places we all know and I always liked that. It was like being told a story by a friend about “an old boy he knows” but in a much more eloquent manner. Rest Easy Brother Pratt and thank you for the tales.

Always a good story

Joe Dillard is a great character with tons of story lines. I can’t wait to listen to what he does next.

Joe Dillard 4 pack of legal books was great! All 4 books deserve a 5 star rating. It’s been a joy getting to know he and his surroundings and all the various legal situations. Good southern narrator.
