Does not explain how to implement into your life.

This audible was very informative on the medical benefits of carb cycling; however, I bought this audible looking for information as to how to employ the diet to my lifestyle. There is no information on how to implement this diet. I wish there were examples of how to follow the diet in a week. The work is also very repetitive and not very helpful, unfortunately.

You will comprehend that it's not your shortcoming you didn't lose the weight or you lost it and acquired everything back. This is a restart until the end of your life and I'm happy following 30 years, I know precisely who and what I am!!!

I don’t need an audible of recipes

This audible is not what I was hoping for. Yes, it’s not a cook audible, I don’t need a work of recipes. What I needed was a book to lay out a diet plan and how to do it. How to calculate the numbers you necessitate to follow and what foods to eat and which to avoid. This talks about what carb cycling is, but not how to do it.

one of the few diets that I feel as if I might

The most impressive thing about this work is how it tells you step by step how to carb-cycle. I love the impression of having days where you can eat rare more carbs because it makes you feel a little less deprived. This is one of the few diets that I feel as if I might be able to stick to, especially since I love meat and vegetables. I’m looking forward to giving it a try and I think the basics of the diet appear pretty easy.

The presentation makes sense of the general medical advantages of eating this sort of diet and gives you data on loading your storage room and cooler with good food sources.

Everything today is either keto or plant based
