Best Health book Ever!

I love this book because it not only gives you steps on how to get healthy but it explains the reasons why. Lots of facts and examples that you can relate to. Highly recommend it.

Program Works! Great Book!

I have the book but decided to get the audio also. The narrator is good, and the Doctor's Diet really works. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because you need to be able to download the material to actually do the Doctor's Diet. If you only have access to this audiobook you don't have the information for all of the foods and what to eat to reference, unless I'm missing something.
