I lost 65 lbs in about a year after intentionally focusing on health and a healthy mindset (exactly what the book talks about) instead of restrictions and diets. But, even though I felt great I still wanted to weigh less and when my weight loss stalled, I jumped right back into a dieters mindset.
This book was the breath of fresh air I needed to escape the cave of a dieters mindset and back into loving my body and having a health mindset. Thank you!
I listened to it pretty quickly and am planning on going back through to listen to each chapter to fully digest all of the truth.
