Recovery makes sense

I haven’t applied all of the common sense recommendations to assess if this cures my stagnant progress. Did not seem as innovative as the podcast discussion.
Who told the author reading full recipes and workout routines on the audiobook was a good idea?

Wish I had not bought the audible version

Did not realize that this was an exercise book. I would have bought a hard copy had I known!

Excellent info but missing the supplementary PDF

Really enjoyed the structure of the book and I think Dr Prologo has some excellent information that I am eager to put into practice! However, the PDF materials that are mentioned several times throughout the book are not available on Audible for download, which is frustrating. I have since bought a print version of the book so that I could have access to all of the exercise charts, scoring plans etc needed to put the book into practice. Hopefully Audible will get this situation corrected.
