all the way through Chapter 4 the author essentially just says "if you eat healthy food... you'll feel better!"
I knew that already... I was hoping for a little more eating philosophy... than just a list of healthy food...
the author also said "wild caught salmon is better for you than Bologna"... WELL YEAH... If you can afford it...
the author sets a meal plan... that I would qualify as WHITE PEOPLE food...
for breakfast I didn't have an egg white omelet... I had a Thai curry that had beets in it.
which... is both healthy AND interesting!
I would qualify this as a health food book. as apposed to a nutritional guide (which I was hoping it would be.
the author also says "if you eat the food that I have listed you'll be healthier," and where I'm sure thats true... it's also just a list to follow...
