diet is so simple and effiecient

Recently I barely have time to cook and I mostly eat unhealthy foods. This book gives me so much hope. Not only because the diet is so simple and efficient but also because I can boil eggs on earlier days of the week and just fridge them.

One of the simplest and easiest diet that promises great result! If you can boil an egg, then you can do it. I lose a pound a day and that's not even having any exercise yet.

Boiled egg Diet of course consists of hard boiled eggs. That alone would be very unhealthy in the long run due to redundancy and lack of other nutrients. To spice things up, the book provided real meals that contains boiled eggs with fruits and veggies on it to provide other vitamins and nutrients that our body will need. This is superb!

low carb intake while having more protein

I read about it. I listened to this book. Yeah, it is very simple. Sometimes a little too boring to eat boiled eggs every week and with very low carb intake while having more protein, this may work best for sedentary lifestyle with not much physical workouts.

Losing 25 pounds in just 2 weeks seems possible with boiled egg diet compared to the traditional diet. Aside from getting the benefits of Eggs and it's connection to weight loss, the book goes in detail about exercise, how to boil an egg, recipes and more questions any curious listener would have. I like the Salmon deviled Eggs, avocado, pickled and the one with buffalo.

easiest diet with visible results in a few days

The easiest diet on Earth with visible results in just a few days! I probably would get tired eating just boiled eggs every meal so good thing the author thought about that and made a one week meal plan with boiled eggs mixed with healthy low-carb fruits, vegetables and proteins.

I am just on the first few days but I lost two pounds already just by doing the hard-boiled egg diet. The meal plan works for me. If I keep this up, I can lose 30-40 pounds easily.
