Surprisingly original find

I purchased this audiobook out of sheer boredom and the craving for something unique.The world-building was wonderfully thought out, the characters were engaging, the plot was fast paced and unpredictable, and the narration was stellar. I was not disappointed.

An unusual dystopia story. Great beginning to a seriously good series! Look forward to more.

Loved every minute of this book, well except the killing of innocent people. That broke my heart but I was extremely and pleasantly surprised on how much I really enjoyed it. Ok, so it had an almost insta love factor, however, it was so sweet with some very and I mean very hot scenes between them. Lots of action, fight scenes with a kick ass heroin that was amazing too. Then the part, at the end where she got poisoned and he had to......well, I can't give that part away but get ready to have some tissue on hand! Hardly any cussing but there is explicit sex scenes with the H and h (fanning my face) and my favorite.....NO love triangle!!!

couldn't finish it

I hate when people fall in love the minute they meet. it started with a strong talented woman that had lots of potential then devolved into a mindless 'romance'. maybe pepe want to get right to the sex but then it shouldn't be called a romance novel.
