well written, well narrated

This is a well-written and accurate account of the Revolution. The narrator is easy to listen to and the chapters are broken up into reasonable sizes so you can take a break and easily pick it up when you come back. I have friends who homeschool and one of them has a son with a reading disability and she is always looking for good audio material, I will recommend this to her. Thanks for a great telling of a great story... so important for today.

This Book Brings the American Revolution to Life!

As someone who loves history, I was so excited to listen to "The American Revolution - A Concise History from Colonial Rebellion to the War for Independence to the Constitution.” And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

One of the key highlights of this audiobook was learning about the Battle of Saratoga and how it was a turning point in the war. It was fascinating to hear how France was convinced to formally enter the conflict on the side of the Americans, and it made me appreciate the significance of this battle even more.

The audiobook also did a great job of covering the roots of a modern Congress and the key battles and sieges that were crucial in shaping the course of the Revolution. I especially enjoyed learning about the untold stories of nine influential and revolutionary women and their contributions toward American Independence.

Overall, this audiobook was an engaging and insightful look into one of the most important periods in American history. The narrator was a pleasure to listen to and did an excellent job of bringing the story to life. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone interested in learning more about the American Revolution.

I learned a lot!

As a Brit I thought this book might be a bit one-sided, but it was actually a very balanced and nuanced account. It takes you from beginning to end weaving in a great narrative. I really learned a lot, and can see more clearly why Americans hold the values they do in areas such as gun control. Thoroughly recommend.
