Wow!

This might be my favorite book that I have read/listened to in the last year out of 130 books. I laughed out loud in some parts and binged the book in a day. I can’t recommend this book enough! The narrator’s did a great job and the banter between the main characters was great. I really hope to read more from this author and to be able to find books that can hold up to this one with similar story lines. 10/10 recommend!

Good dark romance

I liked the duet narration. This enhances the experience. It is a dark story. Check the TWs. It's an extensive list.

Complex subject matter

This book tackles a specific mental illness. One that most therapists are too scared to touch when they come across it. This book shows how this mental state is created in a person. It’s about a really really complicated thing caused by the evil in humanity and shows the kind of challenge needed to fix such horrible crimes.

PERFECTION

From start to finish! Absolutely devoured this book. The narrators were perfect. The story, the characters, the spice 🤌

Delightfully entertaining

Loved the audible performances. Having bad voice actors can really take you out of the read but not this one.

The story is addictive and fun. The spicy scenes were 5/5 and make you feel like you are peaking behind the curtain! I was worried it wouldn’t live up to the hype but Serephines unleashing was satisfying as well

The detailed descriptions that paint a perfect picture as if I were watching it in person ❤️

I liked that in the end there was good closure for the trio. I would have liked to know the mother suffered for her betrayal.

Controlled and uncontrolled violence

I loved the unpredictable broken mind of Seraphine. You never knew whether or not she randomly stabbed her lover or kiss him

Read the triggers before reading the book. I loved it. Really well done. Diving into more Gigi Styx books.

Leroy's VOICE

this was a great dark romance. handled the hard subjects well and the mental health is surges without being tedious. Leroy was the perfect example of a responsible Dom unlike 50 shades. Overall great job. don't think I'll read the sequels though as I'm not interested in seeing where the story goes as I feel it wrapped up nicely. Oh and to the male voice actor, lemme get them digits? LOL
