Having saved the Federation one more time in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Capt. James T. Kirk and the crew of the USS Enterprise have finally gone their separate ways. The Last Roundup/The Last Hoorah

After listening to this Audiobook I was impressed. While it is not a GREAT book, it is a very good book. Well written and well read no Star Trek fan, Trekkie nor Trekker will be disappointed with this book in either paper or audio formats

For Original Star Trek Series Fans Only

This is a good "Star Trek" story but not great. The audiobook is an easy listen and the story line keeps your interest but probably only if you are a fan of the original series. The story has no great depth, the new characters are fairly superficial and it assumes you already know the background of the original series characters.
