The narrator makes it even Better!
It's not rocket science, but some crazy science fiction. Or, should I say Crazy "Space" Sci-fi !
The narration is fantastic, and heightens this author's work. The way he brings to life each character is phenomenal!

Man these books are great. I have more fun with each one. I'm just bummed out the next book isnt on audible yet. Anyway super fun series, highly recomend them all. Oh and by the way, I LOVE the funny ass out takes at the end of the last two books. great to hear the voice actor having fun. GET THESE FONKING BOOKS haha.

Great.
Another great installment to the series. Thron is a master narrator, and the perfect selection for these works. I guess if you are thinking about listening to Book 9 of a series you probably allready know that though. I guess all I could say useful to someone on the fence is Hutchison doesn't ruin the series or anything so jump in. If you are reading this and are new to the series start at Book 1.

overall the story was good and had funny parts but I'm really getting to dislike cal. after 10 books he's still stupid and selfish at times which grinds me. I like everyone in this story but just cal seems to grind my gears.

Fonking awesome
discovered these books and have devoured them way too fast. if you're after deep and science backed adventures maybe not for you they are however daft brilliant and proper laugh out loud great listens.
The voice artist is excellent and rattles off a multitude of voiced for the characters which just fit.
listen to the first and you're hooked can not wait for part 9 and 10 which there better be, just saying 😁

Best one yet!
Just as I thought this series couldn't possibly get any better, yet again I'm proved wrong. The characters and storyline forces you with very little coercion to invest the time to take an active interest in what is going to happen next. Thoroughly enjoyable! 10 out of 5!
