Publisher's summary

We often associate beautiful memories with nature sounds. Together with relaxation music in 432Hz, these gradually have the effect of lowering blood pressure, breathing becomes more even and thus lead body and mind into a beneficial relaxation.

The sounds of nature affect our body in many different ways: they bring us to rest, gradually reduce stress in everyday life, bring us to beautiful thoughts and we can let go of the day's events.

This audio book consists of nature scenes and a matching well-composed dreamlike and calm music (without narrator). Enjoy the sound compositions of nature and melody without narrator. With the tuning to 432 Hz (concert pitch A), the body enters into lasting resonance with the vibrations of the music. And with the sounds of nature such as the sound of waves, rain and the forest, body and mind return to a natural state. Regenerate, meditate or heal in the melodious atmospheres of nature: With the quiet playing of this audio book you support a healthy falling asleep and sleeping through.

I like the 1st Ocean waves w piano

I’m glad I bought this On Sale (rather than full price). I enjoy listening to soundscape/nature tracks (coyotes, ocean waves, rain and thunder, streams, etc) while falling asleep so I was looking for a track including an assortment of rain, streams, ocean waves, maybe birds - which this has.

The 2nd track (after the 2 min intro) has ocean waves with just a quiet piano in the background - lovely. This is the track I heard in the Sample. It runs 30 min, thankfully. I wanted this simple piano playing with Each of the following nature sounds. Unfortunately, each track after this has Music (not simple piano) accompaniment (either orchestra, symphony, fairly loud bamboo pipes, or a synthesizer or a mix).

The 6th track, 18min of gentle waves lapping along the shore with quiet bird sounds, is my 2nd favorite track. The music portion on this track (piano, synthesizer and violins) isn’t as loud as in the other 5 tracks.

The 5th track, 21 min of a gurgling brook with music (a synthesizer) has the third least loud music (although I don’t really care for the synthesizer, it’s fairly quiet).

IMO, the music in the remaining 4 tracks overpowers the quiet rain, forest sounds and other nature selections - perhaps with the exception of the bird track which is the loudest of the natural sounds. Sadly (for me), the Music in this audio seems to be the featured element with the nature sounds in the distance background. I would have preferred the Music be in the background with the Nature sounds in the foreground. Unfortunately that is Not the case here (in at least in 3 or 4 of the 7 tracks).

Recommended to listeners who are okay with a Music track (it’s actually quite nice and peaceful sounding if you want that) with slight nature sounds in the distance. Since I purchased this audio on Sale I will be keeping it and simply listen to the tracks I prefer. They are quite nice.

There isn’t any additional talking at the end of the audio.
