If you would have told me a month ago that I'd be a dragon superhero living in a domed fantasy city in outer space, I'd have laughed in your face. If you added the detail that I'd have three awesomely cute roommates competing for my attention, I'd thank you for believing in me...but remain skeptical.

Yet those things are both true, and life just keeps getting weirder, wilder, and more awesome. Well—mostly awesome. Turns out my unicorn roommate's soul is merged with an unhinged high elf in the same way I'm fused with my dragon half. That's bad enough, but the elf in question has a rather...unhealthy fixation on yours truly.

The police commissioner is pretty fixated, too. He's a solid ally, but he and his spunky assistant sure do keep me busy, and it turns out he's got a rather troublesome daughter. The capsule doctor who brought me to Meteoropolis isn't letting up on the pressure much, either. Stress is high, but living with my new family in our renovated home sure is a great stress reliever.

I really like this format

Not your average story format, I really enjoy it, it’s like a slice of life/ super hero/ sword and sorcery/ slow burn harem/ urban fantasy

more of the same greatness

as vigil is known to do, he wrote a pretty good book here with great extras and a good story to have them all make sense. recommended if you enjoy this genre

Its a great slice of life book love how they made some batman reference the girls are allways cracking me up and the commissioner daughter is a one of a kind its a great listen recommend it to any one it is slow going but some times you gota take it easy in the fast world thats run by the coid cartel

Love all the dark knight references, and of course, commissioner Go-Ordorn. If you've read the first book you know what you're in for and this one does not let you down.

I cannot state how much I freaking. love, Alyssa Poon's voice. she does such a great job with this novel from blossom to Pinky to the owner of the best snities around... If you loved book one, y'all adore this one.

Alyssa Poon does it again, turne a work of literature and turns it into a masterpiece. both the storyline and the acting has been top notch!

Like my 10th reread

I love the series and the characters. Blossom is the best and no one will fight me on that. I like the slice of life comedy vib the book keeps on bringing with some every good spuce.

I really like coming back to this little gem. All the girls a a lot of fun to listen to since Alyssa Poon gives them all a different and distinct voice. I think my favorite is the dryad/tree girl. Her innocent ignorance (not stupidity) is hilarious. Thoroughly enjoyable, always fun. BTW, the Chief of Police and his assistant are incredibly funny.

If you enjoy a slower pace with a little slapstick humor thrown in then grab this series.

Even better than the first

Book 2 builds on the foundations of book 1. We get a deeper look at the cast and watch as their relationships grow. We also meet new and interesting characters. Virgil once again provides us with both action and romance as well as a sprinkle of spice. Alyssa poon absolutely nails the voice acting as usual!
