This audiobook contains sound and easy-to-follow advice for people who suffer from social anxiety. More importantly, it is well-written, witty, interesting, and enjoyable to read. It's so good, I couldn't put it down, which is an amazing accomplishment for a self-help audiobook.

I had enjoyed this book Immensely

Such an useful audiobook

This audiobook was extremely good and it provides some helpful information for the beginners. To follow the instruction you will easily stop anxiety in your life and improving your social skills so quickly. I am totally impressed and I will try to follow this audiobook.

Social Anxiety is gone.

2 weeks after first getting this book and after following the advice in the book i can say that my social anxiety is 90% gone. I am already doing things i would not even have dreamed about doing a few weeks ago. A powerful yet simple solution.

Very Useful and Insightful!

Most useful audio book on anxiety I have come across so far. Jason Cure method is based on the practice of recognizing social stress and controlling all its possible physiological and mental antecedents. The suggestions, exercises, and tips cover every type of shyness, and there are many self-assessment tools to pin down specific types of shyness. Conveying thoughtfulness without pretense, she has a limitless range of pitch combinations that always make her phrasing sound fresh. A must have for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression or shyness. It gives you all the necessary confidence you need anywhere.

A Real Life Changer for Me!!!

This is a great audio book that was recommended to me. Clearly the author is a passionate voice for those who suffer from anxiety. Author provides wonderful stories, inspirational quotes, and practical ways to change your life.This book really works. I was often guided by many people for my anxiety but that didn't work for me. The author has precisely explained his point of view and the way in which he has represented the text is truly remarkable.

A fascinating and detailed listen!

Happiness is in the quality of your thoughts. If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life. And that's exactly what this book teaches you how to do. This was a helpful and informative book. I suffered with panic attacks when I was in college and I wish it would have been around back then. The book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis. This audio book is an excellent resource for anyone interested in improving his or her life by employing the tools of cognitive behavioral therapy. It is incredibly easy to follow and the techniques are natural and progressive.

Best ways to improve himself.

The most significant piece of this audiobook is the tool kit and every one of the activities that make opens doors for important self-reflection.
