Living with anxiety is not a very good situation to be in. It snatches away the joy that you’re supposed to take advantage of. One of the negative things anxiety can bring upon an individual is that it masks every circumstance with fear and hesitation, depriving one of the chance to fully enjoy life.

Anxiety can take a toll on one’s life. The life of a person with an anxiety disorder is not a life which can be called fun. It can result in ruined relationships and takes out the joy of being alone or enjoying the company of others. Sometimes the attacks come when you least expect them to. Sometimes it looks like everything is okay, but the attack is actually going on internally. It might feel like something significant is required, a catalyst, to rid of your anxiety. Providing proven tips and steps.If you want to learn to reframe how you approach anxiety this is a great book. Anxiety is a complex issue and one book will rarely solve the issue for a person. However.This is an excellent wordbook. It has some strategy that you recovery self anxiety. It is one kind challenging book.

Anyone who needs help through a difficult time.

I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. This book really helps for people like me who are seeking help. This book has given me great advice for dealing with many situations that would cause me stress and anxiety. I'm currently working on the steps that the book has suggested to reduce anxiety and stress, and so far it is really helping As someone who goes through most of these mental health issues, this book was instrumental for my commitment into better mental health.

I Love This Anxiety Book!!!

This book is great for Anxiety. Four stars only because I was hoping to learn a skill set to combat anxiety but have found this is more of a book to learn about myself. I do enjoy it and have partnered it with professional help so the two together seem to work well.The book gives several exercises for the reader to communicate with their loved one, ask for what they need in terms of practical help or emotional support, and suggests awareness and acceptance of anxiety as part of the human condition.

I thoroughly recommend this book!!!

An excellent well-written guide.

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. This book takes a unique look at the relationship between anxiety and grief. . I really enjoyed listen this it was full of useful tips. They have been starting to pop into my head on occasion and I think that was her goal from the start. I found this book very educational when it comes to brain functionality using neuroscience. I have learned that women are more capable of storing stronger emotions especially if it is connected with emotional events.

Beautiful and Motivational!!!

I have learned some coping mechanisms that work for myself and I was glad to see someone else uses them and is able to let others know through a very inspiring and colorful book. Sometimes just brighter colors and more positive images have the ability to help you change your mood. I was delighted to see that she had a book coming out and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

Great go to guide!!

I have suffered from anxiety since I can remember, but I did not notice what it might be until I became an adult. My body would just give out and all I could do was stay to myself and sleep. With my condition I tend to tighten my muscles in my neck and shoulder when I was out in public or in a crowd, resulting in Severe Muscle Tension. I was not sleeping at night because I could not relax enough to not think about the next day.I experience it myself and found this book helpful. It's instructive, but in a very casual way that I really liked.

Easy Steps to Handling Anxiety!!!

The Anxiety Audiobook is an excellent resource, especially for friends and family of people suffering from anxiety, specific phobias or disorders. A lot of times people who aren't educated in all of the terminology, psychology and such actually make anxiety worse for people suffering from it because they try to insert logic when the entire point of disorder level anxiety is that it does not respond to reason. The Anxiety is a fantastic read and is perfect for those who have diagnosed anxiety disorders or feel like they might and are looking for answers.

Excellent book to overcome fear and anxiety

I started the book several months ago and like that I can access any of it at any time, on demand, based on a specific need. The short exercises are super helpful in getting you through a tough moment, but also help to establish new patterns of thinking . Tips and recommendations on the awareness of myself and my emotional intelligence helped me to better understand myself and my emotions. Applying some principles of cognitive behavioral therapy helped me get rid of some of my fears. I love this book.

Amazing! I read this in one day!!!

Bought this for a family member. She loved it as it helps her through some of her most trying days and gives her helpful coping skills.It is a helpful book. A complete guide that will help Teens and Young Adults overcome Worry, Stress, Depression, Shyness, and Fear with proven strategies that will dramatically boost Confidence and Self-Esteem.This information is priceless!
