just have a straight forward fight

This was a hard listen, all the fights are drawn out and full of Deux Ex Machina moments leaving me skipping whole chapters just to progress a single fight scene.

Great Narrator

Very good narrator. Great main character. Good character development and world building. Leaves a lot to expand on. Very excited for more books to come.

Love the storyline and looking forward to book 2. Fast paced and easy listen as I work out

negative is the need to explain, repeat, and expand the same point multiple times. saying something is large doesn't need 8 different descriptors to make the point.

Great Story

Really enjoyed listening this book. The story and development was well done. The narrator did seem to talk slower, but I got used it is and moving on to the second book.
