A KNIGHT TO REMEMBER!
A gamer falls asleep—only to wake up in the world of the game he was playing! Arc has the powerful skills and weapons of his character, but there's just one problem... he's stuck looking like that character, too. An adventure in a fantastical new land awaits him, if he can get used to being a walking skeleton!

Spoiler alert, the fact that Arc informs the elves that he's a human, but in a later volume of the series is discovered to be an elf seems like a big retcon. How would you play a game so much that you spend hours daily on it and forget what species your character is? The other issue i have is that there are all of these nuggets of foreshadowing of a potential romantic relationship for Arc, but then, just as it's getting close, the next volume has nothing about that like the events of previous volumes never happened. it's almost like the later volumes were written before the middle volumes and ignored critical details with no intention of following through with the promises made.
This was a grest start to a series that led to questionable choices by the author.

the performance isnt terrible though it's a bit difficult to tell when the character is conversing vs narrative.
better than the manga and anime

Now the rest of the story is much better. I've seen the anime version and its almost like 2 different stories. This version the story flows much better and the characters interact much better. I look forward to the next one to come out.
Just get through it
