Complete different from anime & awesome voice acting

So I watched the anime first and loved it and wanted more. Did a little research and someone said to just start from the beginning of the light novel series so that is what I did and thank god. It is a little slow to start but so was the anime. It is completely different from the anime but just as good!

The voice actress is phenomenal and really makes the story come alive. She gives personality to each individual character and the slimes/adondera voices really shine. I will happily listen to other series she has recorded.

10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys the cozy fantasy adventure genre.

First; this audiobook is the best thing in the world! Second; it is a bit slow, but the length of the story makes up for it! Third; Wow, just wow!!!!

the weakest tamer is great name for it. you may not the really mean until book 4 or 5. but it good.

better than the TV show has more adventures. love the characters interaction. TV show cut out alot of thing that happened.

The story draws you in from the get go, I enjoy the fact that her past life is more like a guiding voice and not that i have all my memories of my past life so I am the same person! Sora’s personality of her past life was more of a template as Sora becomes her own person during her adventures.

The voice actor was able to capture Ivy's sweetness and anxiety. The story is hopeful despite its dark side.

if you know ascendance of a bookworm you can think of this story in a very similar light. It's wholesome, low stakes, and sometimes emotional with a lot of cooking

Lovely relaxing listen

I loved listening to this while trying to fall asleep, its a nice slice of life with cute characters and a little action but the narrator doesn't shout or get loud. I recommend watching the anime too!

I like the way the speaker changes the way they talk for every character, they really felt like different people

Jesuit proverb: "Give me the child until it is seven, and I will give you the man." Of course, there's always room for growth, as Ivy shows, though she does have some few good roots to draw upon, some hidden much deeper than anyone around her realizes.
