who's dumb the protagonist or the listener

prepare to laugh out loud when a kid doesn't want to be in an isakai gets summoned anyway. After irritating the god who summoned him and his classmates he gets all the leftover garbage skills for free and begins his adventures with one goal in mind, to live in a cave in a forest alone and unemployed. But when a man plans fate laughs.

All the power in the world won't save you from being absent-minded.

I really am enjoying the story, but god, does that blockhead title really decress his common sense. At some point I really hope someone actually stops to actually think about what might actually help break through it. Although that's probably gonna take a few books to possibly happen. But if you're able to stick with it, I think you'll probably belong just to see when that happens.

the absolute chaos of it

the main character is pretty much a young version of the god of madness himself. Due to the chaotic thoughts of the main character it can be difficult to listen to long periods of time but has overall good story.

Absolute riot

Honestly the big reason why you should buy this title is because the MC is just hilariously ignorant of literally anything he doesn't care about. He forgets names all the time, its a hilarious recurring bit that you definitely should pay attention to.

Silly, Fun, and Really Funny

I realized shortly after starting this that I had already seen the anime version. However, this version was actually even funnier because the listener is able to hear all the stupid, silly thoughts inside the main character's head. I loved that he thought so little of the "mean girls" that his magic classified them as monsters. Speaking of magic and skills and such, my only real complaint with this story was the lack of explanation as to why the main character was able to pull off many of the things he did with his limited skills. I understand that they were more useful than originally thought, but it still seemed like some of his abilities were just sort of pulled out of the author's rear end on demand.

Oh yes, I also want to give a shout-out to Villager A, the true MVP of the story.
