Superficial maybe good as a first glance book
Did not find anything that I could not find in an Internet article. It's tells very quickly what you are supposed to do but no in depth how or why. It can be summirized "don't let your anger overcome you, or our will destroy your relationships, Work and other contexts" . If you are really in trouble, go to a professional for help. Oversimplified and superficial. No practical or real examples nor scientific references.

An amazing book to look at yourself and develop into the true authentic being you are. Remove yourself from the mask and just become. So great and filled with useful info
Not exactly the best workbook out there on Anger. As a mental health counselor, I am always on the hunt for books and workbooks for my clients to invest in so we can go over them in the therapy session. I have used this one on numerous occasions and found that the reason my clients wouldn't do the work is because this workbook is poorly written and doesn't really address anger in an in-depth manor. I am finding it hard to find a good workbook on anger. Maybe as a therapist I can write one myself. Huh...good thought.

I was very disappointed in this article, as it was more about the relationship of couples. Anger, jealousy, and these emotions can be found and lifestyles work friendships. But it didn’t focus on that it only focused on specifically couples.

Perfect for Beginners
important book in the journey of self Discovery! I have read a few books in the area of self awareness, compassion and disconnecting from the rat race. This one is definitely worth a read!
