It helps me to create discipline...

I particularly cherished how the audiobook addresses explicit regions to help create discipline and after every section, This audiobook gave me a lot of information. This is awesome to listen and I think this is the best audiobook of this topic, and I appreciate this.

Self discipline is key to success...

This book will definitely help you find the motivation you need to achieve your goals in life. It is always nice to use a good reference and using Sparta and discipline as reference is a good motivation.The work is when you will actually put together your goals and how to get there after you ]listen about what you have to do.this is really an amazing book.i will recommend it to everyone.

I really like this book.

This book was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to listen, and immediately useful. It is the type of book that even now listens can successfully and quickly get through. You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. The focus, as always in his books is on practical exercises and techniques, rather than excessive theory or demonstrations of how clever and outstanding the author is.

Great book..!!

Awesome book, really helpful! It made me realize that I'm not the only one that goes through life struggles. This book is really goin to help me get to my long term goals....It has already changed my life, has me goin for a walk @7am juss to get my day stared and I feel great!!

I have improved my self-control...

In any event, when I want to put off things like working out, I don't put it off any longer. This audiobook clarified this marvel as well as gave some basic yet ground-breaking knowledge.

Highly recommended audiobook

I recommend it to anyone wanting to get a better grip on any aspect of their life, even time management. The rules we should live by are relevant to us all. The quotes at the beginning of each chapter are great too.
