Simple, boring and obvious advice

This is one of those book you wish you never read, the narration was boring and monotone, the author tried to manipulate the reader with some dramatic examples and the advice is not to be followed. A very dark book.

Top tips to help build your confidence.

What made the experience of listening to The Confidence Course the most enjoyable?

It was nicely narrated and paced. There was a section of lists/summary at the end.

I found this book very useful and bought a paperback copy of it after listening.
