This book is old, but the value has stood the test of time. Much of what was true then has remained true to this day. These are the most tried and tested principles, industries and characteristics necessary for financial success in America. Nothing sleazy or underhanded, just hard work and integrity.

Though somewhat dated as related to acquiring data it is a very pointed & useful tome. I learned a lot.
