Is Much Needed In Our Daily Life !!!,

It is easy to read and is exactly what it claims, a guide to handling the many emotional challenges that arise through the course of our lives. The tips in this book I feel are helpful to anyone seeking freedom from emotional wounds that have hindered them in any type of relationship, whether it be with a spouse, children, friends, co-workers, or other family members.


I would recommend this book to others who are interested in an intro to emotional healing.

Rise above emotional setbacks with this book!

Emotional healing is first learning to accept your past and embracing your present. This book allows the listener to check what could be the necessary steps to heal from within. Having a journal, cultivating positivity, among others are key to a successful emotional coping. A must listen for anyone who wants to rise above present emotional setbacks.

I have been dealing with a devastating breakup and this book came just at a perfect time to help me deal with my trauma and alleviate the pain. So helpful!

Emotional Healing - Coping with Emotional and Psychological Trauma -- This has been a profound read. In these sometimes crazy times when we get hurt emotionally in just a matter of time, it would help a lot if we read books like this one. This book has given some great ways on how we can cope with emotional and psychological traumas, like what the title said, and it has been a helpful read. I'm glad that I accepted this book when it was offered to me. I feel more aware now.

We all go through a lot emotionally and it is very important to be aware of all our emotions. This book simply guides you through the process of coping up with emotional trauma. Some of the tips in the book are very interesting and I would definitely like to dig deeper in the subject.

I am truly gratified to have come across this book. It greatly informed me about what emotional healing is, how to re-preserve my positive thinking skills and coping through the ways of exercise. It edified me how to use meditation and prayer techniques to my advantage, find and love myself again, overcome obstacles in ways that bring me out on top and much more learning insights. It’s very intuitive and illuminating book to read. Excellent guide for those who wants to subsist with emotional and psychological trauma.

This book is exactly what I needed! It is good to learn about emotional healing and know what are the best ways to simply feel better about ourselves. This book explains positive thinking and how it affects our lives. There are indeed a lot to discover in this book so I highly recommend it. Especially if you are feeling down and something hinders you from doing what you want and excel in whatever you do. This book is very good so 5 stars for this!
