Whether you want to become calmer, more relaxed, happier, healthier, or more loving, begin by making a list of the attributes you would like to develop. It is possible to choose the character traits that you wish to have and program your subconscious mind to start to produce those traits in you.
You will learn how to develop the habits that make you the person you have chosen to be. What you constantly think about and focus upon makes your subconscious mind take you in that direction. This recording will help you to change your focus to the positive areas you want to develop, moving you towards the person you wish to become.
The quantum factor life enhancement series of recordings uses powerful natural techniques to help you make profound changes in your life, enabling you to visualize, plan, and achieve the future you want. They work by tapping into the vast natural resources available to you in your own mind. All the information is absorbed into your sub-conscious mind, while you are in a relaxed and receptive state - without any effort whatsoever.
This program uses four techniques to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the course: Visualization, Meditation, Hypnosis and Affirmation. Their easy acceptance into your sub-conscious is ensured by the use of background alpha rhythms, which help the brain achieve a relaxed but not unconscious state. You will be aware of things around you, while being in an ideal condition to learn and retain new information. There are also Theta Rhythms, which help the brain to relax into a state of reduced consciousness.
I enjoy listening to chapter 2 on a regular basis. it helps me relax at night.
What would have made Creating a New You better?
I can't really comment on the content as I bought this audio book several years ago and despite several attempts I haven't been able to listen to it because of an annoying sound quality. Sounds like a persistent buzzing to me . I thought perhaps it was my device but I haven't experienced the same problem with any other audio books . After a long pause I thought I would try listening to this again but same problem so am giving up.
What didn’t you like about Billy Squire’s performance?
His voice was probably OK but marred by sound quality for me.
This is very good.
