So fun!

This book was such a joy. Yes, the action and story telling was fantastic but the heart and comedy put into it really made this one stand out to me. I will be immediately buying the next in this series as soon as it's available!

The story continues

Good adventure, but now we are kind of drawing out the overall story. Not sure if this is bad or good yet as it is still fun to listen to.

Eric you are awesome. I devour your books like you wouldn't believe. Usually within days. The story, the characters, the magic and plot are all amazing. However I gave this 4 stars for a few simple reasons. 1) I get that you come out with books every other month whereas some authors take over a year and for that I am grateful. I just cannot get enough and so this is too short by far. 2) I am so tired of vicious wrench. I get Clyde with likely lose that spell but still. He uses it in every situation and since it doesn't take alot of mana I can't see a single fight he would lose if he spammed it. Everything has bones. While it's super cool I do think it's over used. I understand he has so many spells so maybe forgets them but he never used hold humanoid which is insanely useful in many situations. Just a generic fireball and then vicious wrench. Your imagination is top tier; the stuff of legends so I know you can do better.

I will buy these books for life. keep up the great work. excited for more!

still fun

The main storyline doesn't feel like it's advancing very much, though the main character is developing. The side quests that he takes on are still interesting, and I'm still enjoying it. Recommended if you liked the previous books. Note: don't start the series here! To much back story to fully understand everything.

Eric ugland just keeps writing one amazing book after another. Both the bad guy and good guy series are absolutely wonderful. It's nice to have a book that can constantly make you laugh while listening to a great story. The part where they make the great urg voyage was epic. His books thus far have yet to let me down, each is wonderful in its own way. If you like these books I suggest you check out his new detective series its quite good as well. Also once again Neil knocks it out of the park with his narration and delivery! The bad guy books are all a must have series.

Another great book by Eric Ugland, my only issue is that I've already finished it and I want more!

I enjoy the series but felt this story lacked. It felt like a filler book and could have been combined with another book to give more to the overall story.
